While it had to harmonize its information system, the international group Mazars implemented the Akuiteo ERP on its French entities. Why did they do this? How did it work? We went back over this collaboration with the group's financial director, Ariane Rossi. Dive into the choice of an ERP, its implementation and the results with our case study!
The Mazars Group
With 3,800 staff in France and several thousand professionals in more than 90 countries, the Mazars group assists companies in their financial strategy.
With audits, tax advice, accounting expertise, legal services or customized offers, the firm with an international presence guides its clients as they grow.
The need for ERP in a group with multiple entities
In France, Mazars has 40 legal entities. 40 entities that operated with different information systems, and a software solution that was becoming far too complex to manage.
The harmonization of the information system was necessary, with the implementation of a new management tool, which led to the meeting between Akuiteo and Mazars.
From ERP implementation to balance sheet: feedback
To get feedback on this partnership, we exchanged with Ariane Rossi, CFO of Mazars France in April 2018, who will become CFO of the Group in January 2021.
With her, we went back over the project and its various stages:
- the context and the need for flexibility,
- the definition of the group's needs to find the right ERP
- the choice of the management software, oriented towards innovation,
- the constraints encountered during the collaboration,
- the assessment of the partnership between Mazars and Akuiteo!
From the implementation of the Akuiteo ERP to its use by Mazars' teams, we invite you to relive this partnership in a brand new client case study!
